Steve is one of Adam Pratt's rich friends in London.

He is seen talking to Adam about Adam's financial condition, they make a bet, if Adam proposes to Phoebe and she denies, Steve would get Adam's entire car collection, and if she accepts, Steve gives Adam a diamond very valuable and expensive, Phoebe denies it, but episodes later she marries Adam.
