Fiona is featured only in Joe's flashbacks of the group home he was at during season 3.
Biography[]
Fiona was very kind to Joe and the only person at the home that had his back and cared about him. Joe built a connection with her and she is a key to his childhood past. She has a boyfriend (named Travis) who was featured when he gave her flowers after physically abusing her the night before. Before, she came into work with injuries and blamed it on being clumsy.
Joe got angry at him for what he did and angry at Nurse Fiona for staying with him and told her he would never stop hurting her no matter if he apologized. She pushes him away after he said this to her and they lose the connection they had which was not easy for Joe.
