Gemma Apollonia Graham-Greene is a supporting antagonist in the fourth season of Netflix's YOU. She is portrayed by Eve Austin. She is a member of a privileged circle of friends who met at Oxford.
Biography[]
Gemma is a member of the friendship circle that first formed at Oxford. She is introduced to Joe Goldberg through Malcolm Harding. Gemma is perhaps the most tone-deaf of them all. Being repeatedly cancelled online for offensive Tweets doesn't seem to faze her, and her thoughts primarily revolve around the next party, VIP event or fashion show she can attend.
It is later revealed that Rhys had an affair with Gemma while he was married.
Personality[]
Gemma says inappropriate things that are usually rude or cruel and uses those around her as entertainment. Kate Galvin describes Gemma as 'Vile', however when Rhys Montrose inevitably kills her, Kate refers to her as a friend.
