Claudia is a recurring character in YOU. She is portrayed by Victoria Cartagena.
Biography[]
Claudia is the addict mother of Paco and girlfriend of Ron Baker. Ron frequently physically abuses Claudia in front of Paco, intimidating the boy. Ron as a parole officer threatens to report Claudia's drug addiction to CPS and have Paco removed from her custody if she ever leaves him, thus scaring Claudia into staying with him.
When Ron sends Claudia to hospital by giving her a concussion, Joe visits her and she explains her situation with Ron to him. When Claudia is out the hospital, Ron has disappeared and she moves to California with Paco.

- Claudia is a character that doesn't exist in the books, as her and Paco's tragic storyline with Ron are never shown in the first book.
